Block solutions Oy in collaboration with NHBRC have built a demo-house in South Africa to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our innovative building technology, in delivering affordable housing solutions, that meet the government's stringent standards for quality, durability and consumer protection. By piloting a demo house, we aim for the potential of our technology in accelerating housing delivery, enhancing construction efficiency and improving the overall quality of housing for low-income persons.
